10大正確應對系列(3): 接鬼佬電話

今天講吓打電話俾鬼佬,或鬼佬打電話嚟,點用英文應對?

首先,若鬼佬打嚟,你講Hello先.佢會話搵邊位,如:May I speak to Circle K?

你的應對有三種情況:

1. 你就係Circle K: 

Speaking./Circle K speaking.How can I help you?/ This is Circle K.

2. 你唔係Circle K,你叫佢等陣:

Just a moment please./Hang on a sec I'll get .../ One moment pls. (不要用wait,無禮)

3. 你唔係Circle K, 但Circle K唔係度:

I am sorry. She is not here at the moment. Would you like to leave a message?

調番轉,你打電話俾人,鬼佬聽,你要講:

May I please speak to../ Is ..in?/ Is ...there, pls?/ This is ..calling for.... （不要說I want to find..., 無禮）
